What kind of support do you provide?
We have a Live Support available to you Monday – Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM CET (Central European Time) and a ticket system, which becomes accessible to you after registration. We also have Skype for direct connection. In the future we will create a forum for communication between the publishers.
How do I get in touch with technical support if I need help or want to make changes after my website is published?
You can make manual changes any time you want, even after your website is published. But if you need any help, you can use our Live Support, ticket system or Skype.
If I have other questions not technical or about advertisement, how can I contact you?
We recommend you use our ticket system which becomes available after registration or Live Support. But you can always use the most comfortable form of communication for you such as e-mail, Skype, etc.
If I have an urgent question, who can I contact?
For urgent questions contact us via Skype or Live Support.
How much time does it take to receive an answer to my request (ticket)?
We always try to provide you with fast and reliable service. During workdays it takes no more than one hour to answer you on your ticket. In Live Support you will get an answer within 30-60 seconds. For urgent questions contact us via Skype or Live Support and we will do our best to answer you immediately.
In what languages can I get support from you?
At this moment we provide support in English, German, Dutch and French. In the future this list is expected to increase.
